The associative group of hosts – producers of Ocumazo stands out for its organic fruit and vegetable production, adding value to its products through the production of sweets, nuts, cider and beer. Tasting is not enough since these proud producers of the Hidden Valley want to show you their farms, their production and all the ancestral cultural aspects linked to working with the land. Visitors can also participate in the planting in “Minga” (depending on the season) to be part of the community production of Andean food.
