Starting from the community room, we will go to the rodeo corral, where the donkey rodeo takes place every year, there you will be able to learn more about this ancient tradition that the Zenta communities keep alive; We will ascend to the Cruz Mayor of the town to contemplate the stubble and crops of Mollojo and talk about the Hierras, a festival organized by the families of the community to mark their animals before dispatching them to the Valley. We will descend along a path that takes us to the Church of Aparzo, built in colonial times, here we will tell you how the patronal feast in honor of San Sebastián is lived in Aparzo, every January 20. Then we will enter a beautiful ravine known as “El Angosto”, along which abundant springs of water flow. We will return to the town by the side of the route.

Location:

This circuit is located within the community of Aparzo, 46 ​​km from the city of Humahuaca. Aparzo is an obligatory stop on the route of Provincial Route No. 73 towards Santa Ana, it is also a passage of Provincial Route No. 73 B towards Laguna de Leandro.
